Join us for an evening of gentle yoga and a breathwork journey! The combination of these two offerings allows you to connect to your body and mind in a deeper way.
Tina will guide us through ~40 min of gentle yoga to help us ground into our bodies and clear our minds. Then we will transition into the guided breathwork journey led by Val.
This type of breathwork takes you on a journey into the subconscious mind, where you can process thoughts, memories, and emotions from a new perspective. Your breath allows your body to somatically release stagnant energy, allowing you to feel mentally and emotionally lighter afterwards.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow or anything else that allows you do remain in this position comfortably. Extra props available so PLEASE come even if you have none of the items above.
