We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (different options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds. You will then be led through individual reflections to help you connect with what you are letting go, and what you are open to receiving. Then we will move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, and access the subconscious. After this, we will close with a fire ceremony to put the energy of our intentions into the world.

Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & Reiki II practitioner Val Davis within the Sacred Circle.
