Join Valerie for the second Sacred Circle of the new year. This is an intimate gathering for those who are looking to nourish their mind and body with a powerful combination of holistic offerings. In community, we will support eachother in processing thoughts and emotions that have been lingering through both the mind and body.

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different 🍄 options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.
You will then be educated on the process and benefits of both breathwork and yin yoga. This will then transition into intention setting before the practices begin.
We will then move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy that have been stored in the nervous system, and access the subconscious mind to help reprogram unhelpful thought patterns.
After this, Marissa will guide the group through an intentional yin yoga flow. In a yin yoga practice, we hold mainly floor based postures for longer periods of time from 3-10 minutes. This type of practice helps us to release tensions, stress, and trauma held in our tissues.
Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & Reiki II practitioner Val Davis and RYT 200 Marissa Laug, within the Sacred Circle.
