Journey into the subconscious with a guided breathwork practice and intentional sound healing. Valerie and Maria will be holding space for our Denver community with the beautiful combination of these offerings.

We will start with introductions to one another, and the practices we will be using. Then the group will be led through a breathwork journey, which will transition straight into a sound healing experience.
